This bagging and clipband closure machine for bread packaging is a classic with which the Ipeka story began in the 70s. The CL-35 bagger has remained popular for decades and the equipment has been delivered to over a thousand units - more than any other single Ipeka product. The reasons for its popularity are clear — the CL-35 is a fast, easy to use and compact bagging machine with good ergonomics. Its safety solutions are implemented in such a way that they do not interfere with the process. Round loaves and Pitas are difficult for a number of packaging machines, but the CL-35 handles them just fine. An experienced user is able to achieve a speed of up to 40 bags per minute. In recent years the control technology has been modernized and the clipband closure has been lengthened. The current 50mm long clip also allows for the use of this system in the closure of paper bags.

In year 2011 we launched a Loafmaster bagging machine that combines the latest, state-of-the-art advances in automation technology. We are pleased to offer a complete automatic bread slicing and packaging solution. The optimal Loafmaster operating speed depends on the product being packaged, and in most cases is around 35–40 bags per minute.

Packmaster is a packing machine where the bag is opened on an airflow table, the user inserts the bread in the bag and the conveyor transports it to the clipband closer. Ideal for packaging sliced bread, an unbeatable combination when combined with the Masterslicer. Packmaster’s most popular version is equipped with two airflow bag opening tables, which allows two operators to work at the same time. Alternatively, there is also a single operator model, which has the advantage of a compact size. An optional brush unit and air removal unit are available which will help with solidity, and the formation of packaging. Packmaster’s maximum speed by a practiced operator is 45 bags per minute. This bagger has quickly achieved great popularity and this equipment has been delivered all over the world.

Fully automatic Countpack system is equipped with an elevator conveyor, multilane counting unit, and bagging unit. Rolls or similar small bakery products can be imported into the counter directly from the production line, or through the elevator conveyor. The entire device is designed according to capacity requirements, the basic counter version is a five-row model and dose counting based on a unique combination of a vibrating conveyor and a set of drop-down hatches. The bagger is a servo operated four-piece rotating chamber, where the various stages of packaging (bag application, products delivery and clipband closure) take place simultaneously at different points. A linear principle is employed to ensure the efficiency of the equipment and trouble-free operation, thanks to a lack of back and forth movements. Countpack’s bagging speed reaches up to 30 bags per minute.
